★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment has good ventilation,lighting, peaceful place, No traffic area with greenery environment.
Apartment has owners assosiciation with politics , makes up lame rules without authorization or discussion, parking problems, No swimming pool or child play area. No proper planing or management our apartment. Residents had to fight against assosciation to take off the lame rules made on pets. All the Residents are pet friendly.
Good place to stay away from city with peaceful environment.
