★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good property fora stay away from Bangalore City. Well maintained place nice facility for residents though far away from City Hub. Bit expensive for that location. Totally compounded Villa's Security is good. Slightly far away from civil amnesty. No nearby shopping place. Would expect the surroundings to develop with a year.

This location which is said to be outskirts is actually just 13.5kms from Majestic railway stn (Whitefield is 33kms). This is one place which is will give you that great feeling of living in a Resort like experience due to its rich greenery and various amenities. All guests who visit this place simply loved it and wished they had a house too. Located just 50 metres or bit more from Upcoming Metro station, 2kms away from Kengeri Railway station and 2.5 from BMTC station, the roads that lead to UT has a traffiv very much unlike Bangalore City hubs. You will find smoothest ride towards it. The only downside is that it's 59km away from Airport. But then, who travels by plane to so often? Almost every UTite loves this abode and living in a family like community place for a long long time.
