The location of this apartment is excellent with easy accessibility to some of
the most prime locations of bangalore such as Indira Nagar & MG Road.
Even the Halasuru metro station is near(1KM) from this apartment.
The landscaping here is not upto the mark.
Most of the flats here are occupied by BHEL employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful environment to live, located at a prime location and easy to navigate, nearest landmark is the Sai Baba temple.
The property needs a restoration in lot of things as it's a pretty old apartment and should work of providing better security and amenities like gym and a playing court for kids so that it does not disturb the senior citizens who take the walk in the park
