★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful standalone building on the corner of 17th Main and 2nd Cross Road, very close to Domlur.. You have 17 2BHK apartments, with ample 2 and 4 wheeler parking (mostly 2 wheeler) along with a lift.. A common and spacious terrace to take a walk and relax, especially in the evenings..
A caretaker who lives in the same building, manages everything right from water to other repairs..
You have a salon, departmental store, grocery and medical store a stone throw away.. Enough space around the building to allow for good cross ventilation..
Do check this out if you’re looking for a place to stay comfortably..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the heart of Indiranagar and located in Kodihali. All necessary shops around the building. No water problems. Very well ventilated houses. No interference of landlord. Youngsters primary occupants of flats here. Ample parking space outside and inside for bikes n cars.
Cons: Borewell water. No power backup. Security guards family always screaming on top of their voices throughout the day. Their kids damage vehicles of tenants. Even though the property is managed by Nestaway but brokers are involved too. Since its on the main road so traffic noise is throughout.
