β β β β β I had a horrible experience with rapido. Booked a ride and the guy asked me to cancel the ride or pay extra cash. I denied then he abused me and was very rude. Will be soon dragging this guy to court. Next is you Rapido!!!

β β β β β Rapido really need to train their drivers, or so called "captains", in how to treat the orders and their respective customers! If there won't be a long (benefitial) ride, the drivers automatically cancel the booking. And the cycle keeps on going! I've booked rides on multiple occassions, and everytime my ride has been rejected automatically after asking about my destination. Really disappointed by the drivers' behaviour.

The company provides two separate Mobile Applications - One for the Customers, named as 'Rapido' and another for the Bike Riders, named as 'Rapido Captain'. The company's Mobile App is backed by Regional Offices and their respective Support Team. The App serves the customers and the Support Team assists the Bike Riders.
The Patna Regional Office is located at Kidwaipuri in East Boring Canal Road. One can easily locate the Yamaha Showroom there. The office is behind that showroom. Remember, you need to go through the Yamaha showroom building or take a turn to the right from the Glass shop located there. There are no banners or postures even outside the office. It just looks like a garage from outside, but the office is in there. The office preceeds the reputation of Rapido. The staff members are very polite and supportive. Every Rider should visit the office atleast once as they can offer you local support, in case of centralized Customer Care is not responding in time. Ride safe Riders. Best Wishes to Rapido Team.
