★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the Sriram property in 2012. I paid all the amount promptly till now I paid 95% of the amount ie., around 40 Laks. If we call / send mails no response. We lost huge amount. Management promising every year. Year after year going on but no progress in construction. We did protest, even govt is not coming forward to solve the issue. Whoever wants to buy the property in Sriram please don’t buy it. It is our hard earned money. I heard very sad stories for other customers retired people kept money, till no money no flat. Some customers paying loan every month. Maybe in India we have law but money rule over law. No one able to take any action on such companies.
