★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop to buy any Kitchen ware. At the time of purchase they promise quick service and help and tell their customers to call them any time if you face any problem with their products. Till date I am still struggling with a complain I had registered a month back.
Rasoi Shop sells defective products and simply dismiss any complaint by telling "you should have checked the product". HOW IN THE BLOODY HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO CHECK A GAS STOVE IN THEIR SHOP????
The salesmen are too dumb to understand any questions from the customer.
Worst experience ever. Hands down will not recommend anyone buying form them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Auto ignition gas stove from this store and after 2 days the stove was not working, so we contacted the storw regarding this problem and now its been over a month, still the problem exist and they say its not our fault its your fault and I have done that purposely I asked abt the warranty and they have no damn clue about that. They even said that you should have checked before buying...... NOW HOW THE HELL SHOULD I CHECK A GAS STOVE IN YOUR SHOP. Aftersale servces are worst products are cheap and fake, would never recommend anyone to buy products from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother purchased a Gas stove from this shop and immediately after 3 days it stopped working and started leaking gas in our home. Now she has been contacting the shop to replace or atleast fix the damn stove but the shopkeeper is least bothered to help. Very sad to see my mother suffering like this. Please dont buy from this shop.

I purchased a knife set from this shop for my daughter and when she started using those knives they started loosing their sharpness and now she is hardly able to cut any vegetables with those STUPID knives. Please buyers beware of this shop. When I complained about this they replied we dont give warranty on some products and the knives you purchased are not in warranty.
PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT.
