★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of surrendering the cylinders.
I surrendered 2 cylinders today but had to suffer a lot for it. First of all we had to carry the cylinders to their godown. There were 10 employees of the agency just sitting and eating guthka there but none of them was ready to touch the cylinders. I had to carry both the cylinders right uptill their desk in office for them to check !! Moreover I had a new tube attached to the regulator which is very difficult to remove. I requested all the people present their to remove the tube attached to regulator and return it but they just laughed and refused. I asked to give me the amount of the tube in that case to which also they refused. After this experience I have decided never to go back to any HP / BP gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service! Home delivery not available since last 3 time visiting depot to get cylinder. Correct contact number is not availble anywhere. Rude staff behaviour adding more fuel into fire. Negative star marking not available hence giving 1 start. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, its been 4 days since I booked Gas cylinder and is yet to be deliver to me. After checking with Agency they tells daily that you will get it deliver by today but that day is not coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad service by Ratan Gas agency, they will not deliver the cylinder even after 10 days of booking. Worst, no one will respond to your phone call and not even on whatsapp ( agency people asked to connect over WhatsApp). Very bad service and recommend not to go for Ratan Gas Agency try other agencies or other Gas service provider.

After booking (on line) my cylinder refill within 10 minutes I got delivery which I had never experienced.
Overall great services, keep it up good work.
