★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is really not customer centric. I doubt, they do understand customer need when you hold just one cylinder!
If you have better alternative to go with any other dealer then go for it; otherwise, stay with them with lot of adjustments and dissatisfaction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have got a prompt service everytime. It depends whether we give them relevant info from our side. They are blunt at times I agree as they are in such business that violating any rule is a big NO ! Gas business is a nasty affair. Medicolegal.complications can happen when misuse of info happens with them so they dont easily entertain any mal.practice ! Our transfer was smooth from their area to another !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there by 5 pm to make payment of my new connections ,the staff seating there was not supportive he asked him to come next day. I went there in half of my duty when I got call from them at Afternoonto come by 5 pm. As I am working for government for vaccination services and we don't get time due to busy schedule of Covid vaccination. I request him for 20 mins but he denied to process my payment and was insisting me to come next day. They are playing with customers and totally unprofessional behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience while transferring my connection to the agency. Transfer requests handled during 11-12PM and 3-4PM only. Carry Transfer letter from old agency, Aadhaar, Address proof and photograph

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. They don't answer properly. They put the call on hold for a long time. Usually, delivery guy should try to deliver gas at home. But they call you and ask you if you are at home, if you miss their call, they will decide that you are not at home and extend your delivery. They don't even retry calling you. Worst Service Ever.
