This review is in specific to flat number 103
Pros:
Good ventilation.
Good space
5 mins walk to RT Nagar and outer ring road
Cons:
Smells bad(drainage smell) in the hall most of the times in afternoon and nights.
At the starting of the apartment there is car mechanical shed and they park repaired cars I front of the apartment
Just beside the apartment there is a house and they tie a goat infront of the house. This site is visible from the master bedroom window and during nights the goat will be making noise and it is very distrubing.
Stove in kitchen, built in one with the kitchen counter. All the vessels will be spoiled with the blacks flames . We need to spend money of around 1500 for servicing the stove.
Bathroom wall in the hall will observe water and starts to peal off the paint, this will look odd.
