★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined yoga classes here and my experience was wonderful. Due to my marriage I shifted to Dehradun and missing her teachings. She is patient gives attention to individual. I want a teacher like her but I am sure It’s hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a student around 3 years back. I must say that Ratika Mam is very good yoga teacher and one feels like a family while going to her classes. (I felt like mother teaching son) She has very good knowledge and work on very very minute things, which lot of teachers ignore.
Although I moved to Gurgaon, but trust me this is one of the best in Noida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with Ratika mam for around 3 years now.I joined yoga and meditation classes for my overall well being and it actually helped me . Unlike normal yoga classes which appear to be boring Ratika mam puts in all her efforts to make it enjoyable. The one to one connect that she establishes ascertains that you will get personalised attention. Even though for last 1 year we have not been able to attend classes at the centre but the flavour of online classes has been a different experience altogether and I know anytime Im troubled or feeling low i can callup mam just like I call any of my close friends.Kudos to you mam !! Keep going :)

Her way of teaching yoga and the asanas along with the breathwork is just beautiful. Within a couple of days only, I started seeing a lot of change in my body and my being. Its lovely and I am extremely happy to be a part of this. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is a wonderful yoga instructor ! I love how she selects a meditation or technique to focus on throughout the practice ! I find her classes well balanced with just the right amount of challenging postures and relaxation . She has guided me to new limits ,both physically and mentally ,which has me leaving her class with a sense of gratitude for practicing . I always feel great after taking her class . I leave her classes both relaxed and full of positive energy .She is everything you want in a yoga instructor . She takes care to teach to the needs of the individual participant.
