Good service centre but waiting time is high. Even first service takes time of more then 3 hours if you come early before 10 AM.

Worst service center, sent my Tata nexon for front door change. They didn’t do the fitment properly & also the power window switch stopped working 2 days after repair. Pathetic experience, wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit them. Nobody reaches out to you even after your endless complaints. This was my first & last Tata vehicle

I gave my car(Nexon XM) to Rawat Motors, Peera garhi, Delhi - 110087 on about 12th December for an Insurance claim which they picked up from my home. Now they did the work on the car and returned the car on 29th December. I was in Pune at that time so my father received the car at home. Because they don't know much about cars, he accepted the car without inspecting it thoroughly. But, he found some paint patches on the car for which the employee said that there were minor scratches and they also painted it and the paint patches will not be visible after washing the car for a couple of times. Now when I gave the car, it had only scratch over the rear right side, which means they did hit the car while on premises. also there was a crack on the stereo system which they might have done while polishing the car from inside. Also there is a scratch on the rear white line on which there is a Tata logo which was not there before claiming insurance. And the worst part is that the driver drove the car unprofessionally while delivering it to us and we received a challan of Rs.1,000. Just mailed about it to Tata customer care.
