★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system of Dr Arijit Basu appointment fixing is completely wrong, they keep me waiting since morning to 4 p.m. as name will be enlisted only in 4 p.m. But at 4 .03 p.m while they pick the call after several attempts then they say that it's full. Dr only see 5 patients today . Now what I will go with my patients at 4 p.m. They should inform me in the morning that I might not get a chance as doctor only see 5 people.. this is completely unprofessional behavior from the admin..

But if you want to book an appointment they don’t pick up the phone. Suggesting people to try their number 1 hour prior to booking time. That way you can get the appointment easily
