★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of the place is good. Ray's clinic and Ray medicals are located side by side. Though most of the tests are held in the clinic but frankly speaking it is not as good as it looks externally. The behaviour of the receptionists are very rude. Staffs are not experienced enough. Test rates are quite high. Since no such polyclinic is located in the chatterjeehat area, they basically rule with all kinds of drawbacks. Ray medicals is better and all types of medicines are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuffs are not quite professional.. the appointment booking procedure is ridiculous .For Some doctors, You have to stand in the queue from 5 AM in the morning .They'll start booking from 8 AM.

Hello, myself Saranika Jana, since sunday I have suffering from sneezing, dry cough, runny nose and breathing problem. I am already under treatment of Dr. S. Patra. Yesterday he told me to do the normal chest x-ray through you centre only Ray's Clinic ( Chatterjee hat).
But today (12 June 20) once I visited the centre the lady who seat's in the reception, her behaviour was so rude & totally unprofessional. She told me that we should no do anything right now, no such reason she have gave me. Even she didn't bother to open my prescription aslo.
Is this the right behaviour we are expecting from your end in this current situation ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff needs to change. They are ruining the place. They are unprofessional, rude and have no coordination among them. Cleanness isn’t that good either. Specially near the CT scan room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreme worse place. Totally unorganized. Behaviour of Receptionists too bad & unprofessional & most of the time they are unable to understand the tests as prescribed by the Doctors. Extremely unpunctual place. Very poor infrastructure. Very slow service. Specially, rates are too high than other clinics. Nobody should not go and/or otherwise they should rectify their faults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ridiculous staff. Think so no one is professional in this hospital or in full staff and also on reception. All time reception is busy with mobiles and gossiping that they don't have time to book appointments of patients and queries of patient all of them are illiterate. No one should never visit this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors, technical staff and the helping staff are great, really great. But the front desk staff i.e. the counter / reception staff are most non-cooperative and look down upon customers as if the customers are under their mercy. The counter staff are the real problem with this place and are ruining its reputation. Other wise really fine.
