★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from stepping into their door, to stepping out, everyone maintained the highest standards of professionality. From booking, to billing, to the execution of the tests, everything was smooth and without any delay/visible confusion.
The computing and IT setup is very modern and seamless, which was a big plus. The examination rooms were maintained to be very clean.
*The following is not something that is particularly lacking in service, but I would highly desire it* : -
A few of the staff members were found to be wearing no masks, and many with improperly fitted masks. However, this was not true inside the testing rooms. I hope the management takes this into notice, at the very least until this pandemic sees it's satisfactory end. Also, patients and customers coming into the clinic should be actively encouraged to wear their masks properly. During my stay in the waiting room, many people entered with their face mask on their chins, but none were asked to put them on properly. The staff should make sure of this inside the premises. Moreover, if possible, sanitizers should be available with the security guard(s) at the entrance. In spite of people being fully careless out in the world, please try to make the inside of this very good diagnostic center as safe as possible in these difficult times.
