★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been getting ourselves and our relatives tested for Covid 19 ample times from RB Diagnostic. Their service is commendable. Smooth testing followed by quick report over WhatsApp is all you can ask for. They send their well skilled staff for home collection over a short notice. I'm highly satisfied with their service. Therefore, it definitely calls for a 5 Star from my end. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are quite good but the staffs and their services are pathetic. Once we booked an appointment there they asked us to come up on certain time after releaching there we realised due to some miscommunication of the staff Dr won't be coming. They don't even bother to pickup the calls. And this happened quite a few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my wife USG TEST ..staff first told to come at 10 to 10:30 am and again than they called and says please come at 9am so when i was on the way to move from my house half an hour earlier around 8:30 i recalled and confirm they said yes its comfirm 9am when i reached they said doctor will come within 10:15am or early my where my wife was pregnant and she was sitting for around 2 hours without having food even after doctor was not present till 10:30 she came after. My request please look such negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an experienced doctor, I rate this Centre very good, in services , cleanliness and behaviour of all most all sorts of employees. Timing fast, test results good.
Only cons is car parking system particularly owners driven cars of senior citizens.
Wish good luck to this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for full body test sponsored by office. Very unprofessional, ECG is done by office staff, instead of eye checkup the staff will ask your eye power and finally blood test is so painful done by a lady. It’s the worst needle push I experienced in my life. Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my routine check up on 3rd Jan 2022, had a horrible experience ever in my life.
1st, the person (lady) who was taking my blood test were not trained, after I came back home, I got blood clot over that place and it was dangerous and painful,
I had to show a doctor later( there I got to know it happened because the person who took my blood test was not trained/ not good enough ).
2nd, I work in an airlines, it’s compulsory to have a routine check up every 2 years, working in this industry for more then 4 years had 3 medicals already, I know how ECG is done, atleast a minimum privacy is maintained as I am a girl. That was also not maintained, and they kept telling me this is how it’s done and I don’t have any knowledge and it may be it is my first time (she kept on telling in front of me).
First of all she don’t know how to do it, took my ecg reading for 5 to 6 times. It never happened before ever in my life.
3rd, A nurse who was doing my ECG handled a covid patient before doing my ECG (and she loudly telling it in front of me).
4th, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR.
I had to put this review because this not the way you treat your patient or customers.
