★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides blood test this diagnostic centre offers services like digital x-ray, ultrasonography, echocardiography, halter monitoring. The premises is small but very neat and clean. They collect blood samples from patient’s residence and deliver reports to home at slightly extra cost. Credit cards are accepted here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience.My mother has done ECG on 14 th July 2019.The technician was in hurry.Due to , medical negligence during procedure a wound occurred on her right leg. She is 71 years old , s&in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The centre is clean but the xray facility is pathetic This.morning I went for some urgent xray of my wife. But I was told that I had to wait for half-an-hour as the only person, who can operate the machine went out to carry on portable xray job and only upon his return our xray would be done. Imagine a diagnostic centre and lab where an emergency patient has to wait for the xray since in-house and portable both xrays are carried out by a single person. We waited for almost thirty minutes and noticed that 3 more xray patients, not agreeable to wait, went elsewhere for their xrays. Finally we also left the place after having waited for 45 minutes and having no sign of the xray operator. There must be at least 2 operators to carry in-house and out-house jobs

Front Office Staff really unprofessional and have no basic sense
One example: After one test I ask for ECG if now possible I will do or I leave bcz I was in hurry but they said yes now you do billing then it's matter of 2min but after billing they said technician not available and when he come then only possible for test!!!
Management plz have a look bcz business is yours they are only employee, reputation is your so don't spoil reputation and don't lose customer.
Please focus on service profit automatically comes
