★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent property... In early stages of development.. the entire layout boundary is not very clean but they do have 1200 Sq ft sizes minimum and beyond. Most of the good location plots are sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The layout is a little interior from the highway like 800 m. It is partially developed and club house work is in progress. It will take some years for this property to get properly developed. Not sure if it is safe to travel @night in that location. Good for an investment purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but the approach roads are really narrow and bad.Good for future investments and may not be suitable for immediate living as the place is located in a village and not on the main road i.e chandapura- anekal road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place reached after u travel through dingy ill maintained roads.Once you reach , to your horror you will discover a small Gheto with people having poultry farm and goat farm next to their houses. In the name of gardens they show you weeds, and all their amenities are under construction ( you never know if it ever completes).Save yourself the trauma of visiting this layout but if interested in STP facing plots please feel free to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a sheer wastage of time. There's a huge disconnect between their sales team itself where all half-baked information on which sites available or not are provided. They just push to sell the STP opposite sites and low lying land area but whatever you like , they will blindly say sold out. I am presuming they would sell it at premium. Now they say some not so great sites as premium. The amenities are also not fully developed. Everything is work in progress but i just wonder how they were able to be "sold-out" when they simply started in 2020 as told by their sales. I did not feel they had the urge to sell also. One guy says available, his senior says not available. One guy says possible , senior say not possible. It's to be dealt with caution to what you are choosing when there is misinformation and misalignment between sales staff itself. We all know Real Estate situation of Bangalore very well.
