★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hii guyz I have worstest experienc with worst bank Rbl bank all bank employees are uneducated and Frod I had a Rbl credit card but some personal reasons I haven’t pay the amount than thay regularly call to my relatives friends family members Nd abusing them I also received a calls many times from the Rbl collection department I said I have some personal issues than they started abusing badly some Nitin Yash Mr Tomar I don’t know many employees called us Nd harassing badly one of my relative is heart peshent they abusing Nd visit her home also for the payment thay are like vasuli gunde after that I paid the amount one of Rbl employees says we close your account but after 1 month again thay stared the abusing calls guyz please complaint against sach kind of vasuli gunde because it’s consumer law if you have some personal issues or a job less they nt allow to call abusing you or nt call your family or relatives I already complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An agent named Rahul Rathore has been harassing me over Credit Card bills. I communicated clearly that I will be paying the dues from month November, which is the following month, he is disturbing my work and also my friends office since days. I have lost my job and started a new job recently and I will pay by bills even if it is late. But this goons doesn't understand, and they are disturbing everyone who knows me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself Rutuja Angre(deepali Adam - meiden name) i facing very bad experience with RBL bank, one of my Relative took a credit card of RBL bank and i am not aware also, i did not receive any verification call from bank, when the matter get very old and when customer (my relative) is not able to pay his payment RBL bank employee name is Jyoti Sharma and Ridhima this both ladies giving a call on my company landline numbers and in such bad way they give a follow up . using very bad words to me and my colleagues . this is not proper way of collecting a loan. my brother Pritesh Sinde he also having a medical issue due to such harassment. so bank should not have any rights to recover a loan in such way by harassing customer relatives. me and my brother pritesh we both are not even a sign on a single bank doucments. then how can bank give me call in such way.it is very worst experience i am facing , not i am mentally disturb and there is one Person seating in Delhi branch Mr.Gagan they also deny to say sorry to us. this all matter is affecting my job also .

But from nowhere they fetched my details and contiously calling on my official landline and giving threatning that we will surely throw out from the organization. Even they are taking names of my family members and saying that if you do not want to see your daughter dead face then ask your relative yo pay the amount. They are continously harrasing me anf i complaint to police also they warned them but still they are calling md harrasing me. They are from RBL bank i request you to take the matter seriously and stop harassing a women whose involvement in nowhere in the incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience of my life with banking staff. collection department of RBL (as they told me on call ) is no less than a gang who threat customers and their customers' parents and abuse them on call. this is how a bank operate in INDIA and deal with customers. Bank does not have time to reply on emails but do have time visit customer's associated address and people in this COVID 19 situation. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. You people are no less illiterates and ruffians. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS BANK AT ALL. DON'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.POLICE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST THIS BANK.
