★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of the bank was extremely unprofessional. My wife had gone there to enquire regarding change of address to the account. One of the personnel's (Rajesh/Rakesh Ranjan) elongated the procedure solving his personal errands via phone. When we started leaving the bank expressing our dissatisfaction, he raised his voice at her (my wife). Consequently, I had to engage, post which the same person charged at me. Very unprofessional customer service. We will be closing our account soon. Let the record show that this happened today (August 21st, 2021) at 1150 hrs. Posting one star solely because the branch manager ( Mr. Arun) was very cordial and tried to alleviate the situation.
