I kumar gautam and I am writing to request before 8month login home lone apps but showing invalid lone account number and 2nd problem is Hdfc patna branch reception phone not pickup any person i am trying 3months due to it certificate

Employee themselves don’t know the rules about loans .
Wasted more than Rs 30000 due to wrong information passed by HDFC employee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, never take loan to HDFC Ltd it is my sincere advice, my horrible experience with them started with online application, then they instructed me to upload certain documents, then visited branch, after that they called me to collect check at branch, till then everything was fine, after reaching branch I found that my loan was not sanctioned till now, they told me to personally contact branch office of HDFC Ltd Banglore to approve property then they would able to provide loan, I told them it is not possible for me to go Banglore, then they advised if you have any property in Patna then they could provide loan against that property which is called LAP, then I came to know that intrest rate of home loan was 8% and LAP was 10.5%, as my seller of property had already booked his ticket from Dubai and also I was booked my ticket from Patna to Banglore and we both had also taken leave from our employer for registration of property. So finally I agreed to take Loan against Property on very high rate as compare to Home loan, staffs are also very none cooperative and only making falls assurance, one lady staff of Gandhi Maidan Patna Bihar branch is arrogant and misbehaving, I registered complaint against her but it was wastage of time, then I avoided that particular branch and finally I settled my loan in 26 months, now I am free from HDFC Ltd trap, please avoid HDFC Ltd they are money making institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the representatives of HDFC ltd are liars.They tell only lies to fulfill their targets. Specially the one through whom I processed my home loan. 99% of information given by him was wrong,which I knew at the time of disbursement. He is just a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. No one answers the number given. They are totally unaware when their holidays are. When you go there you come to know the office is closed. Work won't be done unless you visit multiple times. They make fool. Different procedure for different people and thier excuse would be it's system generated, we can't help it. Many more to tell .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care is not responsive at all. No one picks call even if you keep trying for whole day. No one responds to your mail either. I have never seen this kind of service from any organisation. One day I got call from them that I could change my ROI by paying processing fee and they would send me link for paying fee. I had to follow them for 2 days to get the payment link. Anyways I got link and within 10 minutes of getting it I paid the processing fee, informed them by mail about the same and requested to change ROI keeping my EMI unchanged. After multiple follow ups by mail ( I tried calling multiple times but no one picked call ), they called me that ROI will be changed. I have been following them for this simple work for last 4 days after paying processing fees but they are are not bothering to just reduce ROI and click submit button. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic attitude of the employees. For a very simple request, they will take months. They never respond to your email. Have even received reasons of not completing the work as " We have other works, we have work pressure, we have shortage of staff.etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of this financial institute from last 8 years and always had an unpleasant experience, I have never seen such a unprofessionalism in any other institute. I have better experience in public sectors bank than this private entity. Literally you will need to run behind the staff for any small issues, I always felt that they are the customers rather than a provider. In future I will certainly avoid this institution.
