★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont use their services. Just check the pictures, this is how they sent photo frames from India to Canada. Literally the box was send with a single tape on it.
They are very unprofessional and have no idea how international courier works. They work just for money, you will not get any services whatsoever from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used RBS Express to send a courier to the US. It was a sturdy metal mosaic table and this is how it was delivered : completely in pieces.
Do not, I REPEAT, do not use their services. Highly unprofessional. The person I was in touch with said the courier is insured (even after checking and double checking and asking if anything extra needs to be paid) but now is backtracking that insurance is valid only if the package is lost and not if it's broken.
The team that came to wrap the table literally came with 1 sheet of bubble paper and corrugated sheet. Thankfully, I had also bought my own supplies and did it with 8 layers of different packaging material and got it approved by the courier team.
Do not trust the company. You'll be highly disappointed.
