★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAUTION- Rbts chandigarh-Worst experience ever of going for a self drive car, they don't stick to their words..we had settled on a car before trip and last minute were told the car is not fit for the roads and were asked to take another car at higher price..to add to it the car provided was in horrible condition, no alignment done, wipers in bad condition, one of the headlight bulb not working, Tyre pressure not proper.. very unprofessional service..car was dirty and dented(I have photographs) we had to go with the car as we did not have option and short on time as it would have spoilt our vacation.. (I know the owners would come back with excuses and try to cover it up by replying) but please understand this is not our intention to just raise fingers.. if we did have a bad experience we are informing everyone as we too go by reviews before buying anything..so please beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best rental services. They have an excellent fleet of cars. Anyone travelling from Delhi or Chandigarh I highly recommend RBTS for car rentals as well as Self drive cars. You will forget all the other self drive aggregators after you use RBTS cars. The cars are very well maintained and almost all are high end with automatic transmission. Pick up and drop are also very smooth. All in all would highly recommend RBTS. Would request RBTS to start in Mumbai too and I am sure they will get a lot of driving enthusiasts hiring their cars. Thank you Manpritji and the entire RBTS team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using zoom cars with over 3 years. i tried renting a car from RBTS basis on google reviews. I rented a 4x4 2020 new thar. Car was only 4000 kms driven. We took it to spiti valley and kept if for 11 days. After returning the car, security amount was refunded within 5 hours. It was a great experience and i would recommend everyone to atleast try hiring cars from them once. they will assist you in each and everything. All the taxes were paid in advance. Kudos to RBTS team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the 4X4 SUV for Spiti in March 2022. They delivered and picked up ISUZU v cross on time at the airport. The Vehicle was well serviced and in good condition. Even at -8 degree at kaza the suv started in just 2 ignitions. We had pleasant family time on road and off road without breakdown. Look forward to my next SUV booking but at marginally discounted price ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with thanking Team RBTS for providing me the best of their vehicle i.e. Isuzu Dmax Vcross 4x4 for our journey to Lahaul valley in the mid of January. It was a 9 day exhilarating trip and we wanted a safe, robust, reliable self drive 4x4 vehicle. Our trip was basically a winter expedition drive and Mr. Harpal from RBTS helped us choosing the perfect vehicle from their fleet of rentals for our journey. The booking process was easy as spreading butter on the bread. The team helped us throughout the booking process and even took care of our state taxes. The car was delivered clean and sanitised.
They really have one of a kind self drive rental services which none other providers or aggregators have in Delhi or around.
Really appreciate team RBTS for making our trip memorable and special thanks to Mr. Harpal for getting things done swiftly.
RBTS is going to be our first stop solution for self drive rental services from now on and I mean it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, no other company have a variety in cars like RBTS does. They have all kind of cars, which includes luxury ones as well and very good price. I had hired a Kia Carnival, it was brand new. They had a simple process, no hidden charges, all taxes paid, an insurance well taken. They delivery charges and pick up charges are also reasonable. I don't think, I will hire self drive cars from any other company apart from RBTS (the only way I would do it is if RBTS do not operate there :-) ) ... Harpal ji, please open branch in south as well... he is a great guy and the entire team is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am traveller from Mumbai, & have done various adventurous self drive road trips…. Whenever I have planned my road trips in north, i have always rented cars from RBTS… it has been almost 5 years now…. Since then i have never thought of renting the cars from any other company.
Cars are very well maintained & were well sanitised. The entire team is available whenever needed.
Mr. Harpal (1 of the owner of the company) has been very helpful.
This is the only company i have found who also gives high end cars on rent…. Like… AUDI Q7, AUDI A6….etc
This company is absolutely trust worthy and value for money. You must rent from these guys.
