I have used rent a car in dubai and in India before like zoom rent a car, but the experience I have had with RBTS was incredible my flight was at 11 am and I called Mr. Harpal who was so generous how understood the urgency and provided us the vehicle by the time we reached Delhi airport around 4 pm and not to forget he understood I was with family and our 2 year daughter was traveling with us he has provided us driver named RAM Who was incredible understanding I thank him how he took car of us like children I wish Ram good health the RBTS is a professional rent a car company like I said above I had used rent car from Zoom rent car in India but RBTS is much better and Harpal is excellent he reply every time you message him I would recommend NRIβs to try there services you will not regret it,

And special thanks to Harpal for handling our request so carefully and provided vehicle for 8 day on such short notice, I never experienced before in India such a amazing service.

β β β β β Three areas of improvement -
1. Terms and conditions regarding security deposit should be explained from the start.
2. Your internal team should be better coordinated regarding bookings. I was requested to return the car earlier than scheduled due to overlapping booking. Though I didn't need the car, but it could easily have been a problem.
3. The car should be checked and serviced prior to delivery. Tyre pressure was low and engine warning light was on. I just needed it for a few hours, so it was no problem for me. But it could be an issue for longer rentals.
Apart from the above, very professional service. Gagandeep, Harman and Manpreet were very helpful and provided all support before, during and after the ride was over. Definitely recommended to take their services. This was my first experience with them, and barring the minor hiccups listed above, an outstanding experience. Thanks!

The team is super supportive and although it's more expensive than Zoomcar, Mychoize etc, it's well worth the difference as RBTS always uses top end models with all the features you could possibly need. Highly recommended and will be my go to choice in the future.
