★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after sales service is very bad from these guys... I took Royale Enfield Thunderbird 350 and rear tube was having manufacturing defect and they don't change it at all...I asked them that I will pay the money but they didn't avail it for me until I pay the amount first... feel cheated! I never recommend anyone to buy bikes from here!

They charged extra without taking permission for doing chain lube , when I rectified it, they promised me to return or adjust the extra amount in next servicing. Again they denied to adjust the balance amount.
In paid servicing they approximately charge for mechanic Rs 600 for full servicing , in the name of full servicing , they even Don't do 1/3 rd servicing carefully . My Thunderbird350 is just 2 years old & after 6 th servicin, the problem of chain loosening repeatedly persists. Neither they ask me to replace nor they repaired properly . Footrest was asked to tighten but mechanic lost It's spring ,& it become more loos. What I asked to tighten became more loose at the end.
Even during my first paid servicin, they produce a raw bill of oil filter without any stamp of shop with extra charge, later they gave me ridiculous explanatio.
Management should think about improvement of service sincerely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are totally professional the bikes are latest and the behaviour of the showroom staffs are good , I bought Classic 350 BSVI at 2.16 Lakhs.
They are always full of orders my order will take 2 months to deliver. Well watching up to the pandemic situation I'm okay with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt this is a good showroom. They have a decent sale. I had my himalayan delivery today, though it has taken almost a full day they were very cooperative and well behaved. A big thumbs up.
