★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about sales but service is pathetic. They will waste your whole day and as you know will charge you significantly. I gave my thunderbird for servicing and after 4 hours they did not even touch it and when I said I do not have time and I shall not go for servicing today, they charged me for wash. They forced me to pay for the wash and threatened me of not delivering my bike if I do not pay. Absolute rude behaviour. Shall never go for bike service again here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this Royal Enfield showroom. During the purchase of classic 350 they refused to accept hand to hand cash, also they don't have any IMPS facility to pay them. They continuously said us to purchase the bike through EMI. Why should I buy on EMI, as I have enough cash available at that moment. They don't know how to behave with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt to give it a minus rating. Totally worthless Showroom. This showroom Cheat it's customers by selling the helmets that are having defects. And then refuses to exchange. Horrible experience. Won't buy anything from here. And the Area Sales manager is also corrupt I suppose that he supports the dealer in selling Defective products.
