Their products were properly maintained and in a very good quality. The fitness equipment was delivered on time without any hassle and their staf was very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a cross trainer. Everything was ok till daythe return weekend. Per their rule person will call and inform one day in advance. But he called at 3:30 pm saying that he will be there at 4 pm. I asked him.to give me time till 5:30 to which he said he will come next week only as they don't have week day pickup. Basically it was a trick to charge for one week additional. Now a days they have started a new trick, they will not confirm your booking and when you call they will give some reason like machine is not available or not delivered to your location but we can do something if you book for minimum 3 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. If review had an option of giving zero star, then I would have gone for zero. It's been a month I have ordered fitness cycle. Every weekend they are telling by next weekend we will deliver your cycle. Never order from this site. They wasted my one moth and still they are not giving me the exact date of delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did order for Treadmill on rent in the first week of August 2018. I was promised to deliver it at my home address on coming weekend. On the weekend, I got a message from Fitness At Home saying that they do not have it available with them for delivery so it will be delivered to me next weekend. Since then every weekend I am getting the same message from them. It’s almost 1 and half months now I’m still waiting for delivery. If they don’t have an equipment in their stock why are they promising for delivery? Can’t they just say that equipment is not in stock, ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed an order for cross trainer for rent however their communication is so poor. No confirmation when will I get the order. It’s says customer service is 24 hours but whenever you call they aren’t available. Number available for whatsapp is no good either, you don’t get the response from them. I tried to check the status of my order I haven’t been able to do.
Very poor customer experience. If you are running a business do it in a better way rather than taking your customer for granted. Big thumbs down to this website and the owners ?????
