★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! Bad tredmill, not suitable even for short duration usage. The motor will burn within minutes of usage (with breaks). No safety guard for motor. You will be spending money soon on motor.
Engineer visited did not try to fix just insisted for motor replacement, collected visiting charges.
I understand it could shutdown due to temperature spike etc. but shouldn't burn the motor. it might be buisness trick or quality issue. Product is unreliable / unrepairable or atleast they don't have willingness to repair. Plastic quality is average it broken down just by walking. Everything you will have to REPLACE not repairable. Engineer also agreed their online products are not reliable at all.

Best decision to buy this. Easy to use and assemble. It’s more than 1 month and till date working as expected. I have seen some reviews , plastic body and vibration wherein let me tell you I started using this when my weight was 83kg and no vibration or any discomfort till date. My daily use is for 2 hrs and make sure Every week I apply silicon spray to avoid any motor damage or belt issue. Very sturdy and smooth to use. I would highly recommend since this is very much affordable compare to all high end and very efficient. Less consumption of electricity and no maintenance at all except silicon spray ? 5 star from my end and yes no one from welcare fitness asked me to rate this.?? go for it ?
