★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last organization where I worked when I was in Bangalore and it will always be close to my heart. They have several projects which aims to uplift the children and the youth. One of their projects which was so close to my heart was the Girls Glory project where they build toilets in govt schools.
Child marriage unfortunately is still rampant in Karnataka and many other parts. Could you believe that one of the major reasons for it is the lack of toilets in schools? Lack of toliets in schools force the girls to drop out of schools and they end up being either a child bride or child labourer. Hence this project is of utmost importance.
I wish them all the best in all their efforts.
