β β β β β After reading such good reviews, I also had an idea that the prajapati group is very good developer, hindu I also invest in prajapati vihar dronagiri. But the real story is quite different there. No water from last two years in the building and prajapati group is not providing any support or water for the residents of the building . Other builders of that area are providing water to their building.

β β β β β I had purchased a flat in prajapati vihar, dronagiri project in 2017. Till date we don't have water supply. Builder not at all helping us to get it resolved. He is not even ready to compensate water bills when other nearby project's builders are doing it. We have to pay 60k per month to tankers for water. Worst experience with prajapati group

β β β β β We had taken possession in Prajapati Vihar, dronagiri since last 2 years. Rates of their projects are higher than other builders saying well reputation and good project delivery. Till the time residents are facing water problem and depending on private water tanker, water facility is not provided by builder and its time to vacate building.
