★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst organization for home loan.
It doesn't deserve even a single star for rating.
They charge very high interest rate.when you request for interest reduction,they ask you several process to follow.After doing so many things they reduce max 0.1%. one month later you will receive another letter from them that your interest rate has been hiked by 0.25%. They are just making fool to customers.

I have taken housing loan from PNB finance ..pnb takes legal charges around 16k for verification of property documents & approve that property.after loan disbursement I will have to face properties dispute issues....plz don't trust this housing finance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service Provider. They increased my Interest each year. I had taken loan on 8.4% in 2018 & by 2020 I am paying interest of 9.45%, even though the HL rates are down due to pandemic. I had to visit the branch for LOD & foreclosure letter. I visited the branch on 2nd Nov'2020 & gave the request. Giving this review on 27th Nov'2020, well after the 15 days of TAT provided for me to receive the letter, and I still do not have the letter. Worse yet, when called the land line number given for the branch, no one is answering. Such pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such pathatic service in my ever life.
The representatives doesn't have any concerns about customers issues. Branch manager doesn't respond and everytime gives non-sense reasons for escalation.
I tried calling more thn 10 times on vashi branch landline, no one bother to respond.
They talk very politely before starting the process, and once the processing fees has been deducted, they'll start ignoring and have seen talking very rude.
I would highly not recommend to opt loan from such institutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic service by Bank, I will urge everyone to not apply for loan from this bank. They will take money for legal & technical and then while the time of disbursement delay your loan procedure. Despite giving all documents they will delay purposefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pnb branch vashi navi Mumbai they are open till 10.30 to 2.00 pm
But outside mentioned work time till 3.30 pm.
They do not allow anyone after 2 pm and closed the door .
Customers service means (watchmen of bank )
Same service you can aspect from organization. Manager doesn't exists here.
Do not refer to anyone this for loan and investment here.
Request to all developers and investors.
