Really really bad experience. Will suggwst don't go to this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so staff.. there are only 2 people available to provide service and one of them is receptionist. They don't provide proper information about the exchange of product and even force to take a different product whichever is they have in the stock in exchange of yours by saying that there is a shortage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited one of your service center, which is located in "E 68 second floor near growar mithaiwala Fateh nagar, Jail Rd, Gurunanak Pura New Delhi, Delhi 110058". When I went there and showed them my insurance bill, she throw away my insurance bill and said they will not take any responsibility of this insurance and after that she start shouting at me. When I asked why than she called someone and said to me that she called police and she was telling about there address to police. But before this I recorded whole scenario. I didn't get any service there. There were no any Service Center board. There Customer Care Executive was misbehaving they don't have any ettiquette and she don't know how to talk with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is over rated u dont have too much to explore there only have big showrooms and old structure nothing else couples and friends groups are hanging out there just for time pass but quit busy place but ok ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to say more than a good service centre. They used to provide services for Boat as well but now they are focused on realme products. However, this centre could be more better like other smartphone brands service centre. I was expecting much but I'm not disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever go to this center. My problem was that my phone was heating. They downloaded a software on my phone and after that my phone's heating problem was resolved but it got more problems such as charging time increased by 1 hour. My use to get full charge in 1 hour now it takes 2 hours. Fingerprint also was also not working properly. Do not trust the fake reviews because they are giving realme earbuds for good reviews.
