I did not have to worry about the raddiwalla cheating me on quantities because they use an electronic weighing scale. Also no bargaining on rates because the rates were texted to me before the order.

β β β β β Pathetic services and extremely pathetic in coordinating the raddi person and the customer. Have been using their services since almost 10 months but only twice did they come home. After that they have the standard reply when you repeatedly WhatsApp them asking about the whereabouts of the concerned raddi collector of your area. In a busy city like Mumbai, they keep the customer waiting the whole day and at the end, they reply you "Sorry". Please please don't even think of using them and helping them out with their partner NGOs. I am going to rate them and take them to task at evey possible social media as they enjoy wasting customers time without being guilty about it.

β β β β β Most unprofessional service and behaviour. Booked a day before for 12-2 pm slot. Never got a call from them. I made a call and the lady on the other side told me straight if itβs not 10 kg itβs not worth our time. She also told me I will be charged. Unsure of how much it is I asked for a call from someone who can estimate. She called back and said someone will call. Waited for the call till 12:30, received none to confirm. Made alternative arrangements for cardboard disposal.
A man from Raddi suddenly appears on my door . The same lady from raddi calls at the same time speaking very rudely and unprofessionally. Rants and Hangs up.
They should understand that communication is a skill that is used by professionals to generate business from prospective Customer. Customer cannot be given vague answers and expected to be at the mercy of ones mood swings.
Rude, unworthy and unprofessional service and junk employees.
