Sample collection Girl came on time, very hygiene, took sample very nicely, polite speaking.
The best part is company's sample collection kit. Everything is packed in a sealed packet and open in front of us.
Will recommend to others also.
Call Center people are also very helpful and polite.

However two people who called after booking yesterday failed to respond to give details of tests to be done in a professional manner. Promised to send details on WhatsApp but none came. Expecting better next time.

When he was collecting the samples literally it was free of pain. Company should give him a good raise and keep him as an employee. We took the services multiple times from there & got the same good response every time. I appreciate to @jay and @redcliffe team you are doing great.Thank you so much for all your support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience in Dehradun with Redcliffe Labs and I was highly impressed with the service, promptness, customer care and quick report delivery next day on WhatsApp. Printouts can be collected from the lab (photo attached). Sample collector boy came home on time for sample collection, took all precautions & took the sample nicely & was polite.
Every patient's sample collection kit was individually packed in a sealed pouch and opened in front of us.
Call centre responses were good and got good discount too.
I recommend this lab highly, based on my first experience.
