In front desk one staff behavior is very bad, and technical staff are not proper knowledgeable, didn't solve the maximum problem.

It is near Hathkhola, Barasat. One can easily identify the building where the service centre office is located. Godd ambiance and the staffs are also friendly.

The center is manned by people not so experienced in technical knowledge or otherwise doing their job in a mechanical fashion eyeing on maximization of billing.

This RedMI (Xiaomi) authorised service center is situated near Barasat Duk Banglow more, beside NH-34, above "more" supermarket. The service center is in the 1st floor of the building. Nearest Railway station- Barasat Railway station. From there you can get bus, rickshaw, van, toto to reach this destination. Behaviour of the staffs are very good. You have to come here with sufficient time in your hand. Best time to get quick service is early in the morning (around 10:30 am), as then normally customer doesn't come. Rush hour starts from 12 noon and continues till 7 pm with huge number of customers. Some features of this shop- 1) During COVID-19 situation you have to book online appointment before coming here. Just go to google and search "mi online token booking" and do the rest. You can book your preferred slot time there. 2) Those who doesn't book online token and comes here for service, normally there service get delayed. As their first priority is the customer with online token. 3) Entry is not allowed without mask during COVID-19 days. But, body temperature check up is not done in the entrance. 4) Washroom is not available 5) Fire extinguisher, e-waste bin, magazine stand available. 6) Seating benches available with proper social distancing (one seat marked crossed between every 2 seats) 7) Lift available from ground floor, but to avail lift you have to go 3-4 steps through staircase, which makes this place ♿ Wheelchair inaccessible. 8) ♿ Wheelchair accessible car parking not available due to less width of the parking lot. 9) Drinking water facility for staffs available, unavailable for customers. But if you request them, they might allow you to avail drinking water.

Very bad services.staff behaviour not good. My new phone.8 months ago purchased.few days ago phone fingre print has not working.22nd April i has gone service centre. technician check and told me my phone defective part not covered in warranty because phone screw seal missing.i don't know how it is possible.......??. Totally fraud and cheated many people had there.
