★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor. Can be an ideal example of how a government office shouldn't be. Infrastructure is so bad and uncouthly that it would be a nightmare. For withdrawing ones own money, one has to waste his whole day standing there. Extremely poor professionalism.
