★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly they face internet connectivity problem and blame BSNL for that. Staff behaviour not so good, counters are not marked with the works done there and frequently needed form aren't available here and they ask to collect it from the Head Post Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online information shows parcel received a week back. The postman is either unavailable or doesn't work at all ! Whatever be the reason my parcel still remains in their store room. Hope rats don't destroy it.
Such government organisations should be withdrawn ASAP !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government organization with most of the time you will be hearing that no link is present or link is working very slowly. Very poor service from the staff with people standing in long queue in front of all the counter no matter what time you go. You will have to wait (or waste) a lot of time here before getting your work done.
Though the new postmaster is friendly and very helpful. He will answer all your queries promptly.

If it’s run like these then everyone should demand for privatisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service my speed post No- AQ174130283IN,went to post office to collect the my consignment which is pending to deliver from week.Staff person behaved very badly ..we waited 3 Hrs standing in post office..it will be better if post office convert to private sector..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee's are very bad behaviour. And delivery boy are so lazy.... They Not find a near nabapally circle address *khudiram basu nagar, deeptubewell more* nearly around 1km to post office. Very bad service gives us this post office. It's such like a handicapped post office... much better barasat post

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by the employees of the post office. All work are done here upto 2.00pm. Courier service are also done upto 2.00pm. After 2.00pm no public work are done there. If any query is asked they reply in very bad manner.. I think young generation will never come for any service. If they work like this. One day courier service will be vanished like telegram.
