My dad have been hospitalized for 3 day, for admission , the policies are not constant it will be changing, talking about cleanness, all the staff is taking really great care about that, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help at any time, The dietician "sanskriti pandey" is really a true professional as well as friendly, and she really sugguest some diet chart which helped my father even after discharge, she is a gem.

In September TVC Charges were Rs. 1500 and now they increased to Rs. 2000. No management proper for opd, diagnosis, Report Discussion, opd patient are sent to OT for report discussion.. very Bad managamnet and charges are very high.

**Great Doctors but untrained staff and non-empathetic management *** Visit date - 16th March Emergency and Neuro department Patient name - sk dubey Contact no. - u can find it in ur internal database *5 star for doctors and 1 star for management and staff!* Have visited this hospital several times and I must say Doctors in this hospital are great (be it gastro, neuro or any department) ! But the insurance desk is rude and they just don’t have basic sense! They ask for 25-30k advance security deposit for single occupancy room, even when u have corporate cashless insurance. That doesn’t make sense at all. It’s unethical to ask for this big deposit when a patient has corporate cashless insurance card with zero copay. Even big hospitals like Manipal, Columbia Asia, fortis and max just charge 5-10k as initial advance deposit (for single occupancy) in case of corporate-cashless insurance scheme. This is not at all a customer friendly process, management has levied this process for their sheer ease and hold over customer, From customers view this is a cruel policy that is imposed by hospital for the sake of admission and their benefit. Secondly, I got my patient admitted in emergency due to stroke like symptoms and the nursing staff took the vitals but the oncall doctor came after 40-45 mins. When I called the front desk to enquire about emergency on duty doctor, the lady replied stating β€œthe doctor is on round, and will come post finishing the visit”. That was such a vague/non- responsible reply. What’s the use of emergency then? If the doctor will finish the round and then attend the emergency? After lot of argument with front desk, she called the onduty emergency doctor and doctor came within 5-10 mins. The hospital management would have to work very hard to come even close to metropolitan standards. I would again say the doctors are really great here but the staff and management sucks. I know post this review, there can be a defensive response from hospital, trying to defend themselves. β€”β€”> One honest suggestion. acknowledge your shortcomings and improve them, Rather than defending urself. if you train your staff to be at par with metropolitan standard, you definitely have great potential and future.

Had the checkup for Gall Stone. They did all check ups, took 25k rupees and told in report everything is normal, there is no stone. So we went to Mumbai for checkup again and found there is stone and got operated then. Stone was 13 mm big. If we had kept believing on Regency reports & doctors, they might have made the case serious with their negleigence. DO NOT belive them blindly.

My father was admited in this hospital, it take 3 days to detect the root cause, after almost every check up CT SCAN, 2D, MRI, MRI CONTRAST, CFS,NCV.. after that treatment was superb, father health start improving after 4 days, for MRI they will shift to tower 1 as this facility not available in govind nagar, neuro docter Mr. Sumit is excellent, takes his time but very effective, however, I take second opinion from Mr. Punit dixit also, very effective. now father is well.. Overal good experience..

Very worst experience here. Came to visit a doctor and found that no system is working at reception. Only one system is working and the staff is too slow and giving excuse that software has changes.Pathetic services. No water for the visitors guests at the reception. You have to purchase from outside. Staff is not properly trained to welcome guests and attend them with smile, plus point is you also have to wait for the doctor to come and visit you, as they were too too too much busy somewhere.Looks like we will get paid to wait here and the doctors pay visiting charge to us.overall very pathetic experience for me to bisit this weird place.
