★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. They make you wait for long hours and their customer orientation is poor. They take their own sweet time and deviate from their stated time of delivery. Better to get your car serviced at a third party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much needed Honda service Center for Kalyan Bhiwandi area. This is entirely new built place with all modern facilities and technology to complete your car service. I deducted one star for its location and access from main road. One has to walk long to reach main road. Hope with this newly added Honda Service Center, car owners of this area are more happy to get service done within vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service center.. little far from the gate so you to need walk long back to hire a rick. Service advisors here are very polite and are dedicated to work. Sometimes overcharging for unnecessary things but you can negotiate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much waiting period, O went for my Vehicle servicing {Honda city} keep on waiting no one to attend till 40 mins & would have been kept waiting if didn't confronted all sitting idle there finally after 50 mins I got service representative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My driver visited to this centre (honda ivtech ) for steering hard movement on 1 St gear and after running for 100 metres steering goes smoothly ,firstly told we will find problem n let u know ,,,,they just need a scan to be done to find out problem but waited for 1 &1/2 day for scanning ...advisor work is to advice for only replacement of part (money minded ) scaning pic sended to my driver and fault founded EPS not working and as said advisor words as usual to change EPS..that costs 35000 ...as i have converted my car to cng with advancer ....
I just went to my local garage to find out problem if is it necessary to change EPS ....he just called scanner person ,scanned the car ,removed my advancer again scanned car ...problem solved only by 1200 rs within 15 mins...mean while I just came to know my cng switch has been removed /robbed since I have delivered my car from honda showroom ......God knows all well ,who has taken n will surely pay for his sins ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is bit difficult to find as you have to enter from different commercial plaza's gate. It's next to Tata service center.
Honda service is good, and all the representatives are well spoken. I mostly interacted with Rajan. He's very nice and helpful.
Up till now I didn't find any situation where honda is charging unnecessary.
