★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im using this internet connection for about 8-9 months. They are giving the speed which they promised me. There customer service is also good. They help me instantly when ever I call them. I gave them four stars because many times it happens that I get 1.2Kpbs instade of the normal speed in high peered torrent. And sometime I also get over my package speed. So if any one is thinking of taking a broadband internet connection, I will say go with Regent Park Broadband. There customer care service is up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most 3rd class service I ever get. They Disconnected connection saying that I unpaid 2 months(5-6 months before's bill) of bill although I paid all the bill. Then I showed all the bills then they said that was sysytem mistake. If I loose any of those bill then i had paid for those bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet Service Provider. Never got the promised Speed. If somehow get the Speed it's for a few hour. They are only surviving because there are not many ISP here in Regent Park area.They are surviving on their monopoly competition less business.
And every now and then connection just get lost. If you call them they will not pick the phone(even i have seen people simply ignore the phone ringing in front of them at their office). And If any how they pick it, they will say that some works or upgrade or something is happening and will get fixed by few hour but that hour turns into days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service and Internet connection you can possibly get. Using their service for more than a year now. There has been frequent service disruption throughout the whole period. But the issue gets worse when you call their Helpline. The lady who receives the call most of the times is extremely rude and abusive, also has no technical knowledge. One of their technicians also said 'how can you expect your broadband service not to get disconnected every now and then?' This week alone my connection got disrupted for more than 60 hours. Please do yourself a favour and go for any other isp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these people will always come on time to take the payment but they will always delay and won't come when the internet is off for 3-4 continuous days and then suddenly will stop picking up calls and they will always keep you on hang saying that their "engineer" is coming and will contact you so please wait for some time so it's better you think a 100 times before you choose this operator. One time they even told me that they will compromise the payment for not providing internet for so many days but when the bill came it was full amount and the guy started quarreling with everybody. OVERALL DON"T TAKE THIS SERVICE OPERATOR. THEY ARE SH*T :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They do not take any aacountability. If you call them, they do not answer calls. I have been their customer for several years now. But I have never been required to work from home using their services. My experience with their services for domestic requirements were minimal and not material enough to assess. Now my requirements have changed and accordingly, I upgraded to a higher plan of 150 Mbps @ Rs. 1801.00 pm. It is not any mean amount for an internet connection.
Ever since the upgrade, they have never been able to provide even 100 Mbps speed leave alone 150. Post 20 May 2020, 4:25 PM, it is almost dead. Till date i.e. 1 June 2020 they have not been able to provide any decent speed and my livelihood is impacted.
If you call them, they don't answer calls or event if they do, they misbehave. When the payment due date arrives, they shamelessly take the money. If you visit their office, they pretend being busier than the PM or CM.
Shameless people. Requesting all to avoid these cheats. Let us drive them out of business.
