★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking place. Place, outside and inside the building is clean and without paan stains. Good seating arrangement. Good arrangement for signing docs. Toilet is located in the building. There is no sanitizer arrangement, so carry your own. Notices are stuck on the walls. Copies of same notice is available on lot of walls, so no need to crowd at one place to read it. Timing window is quite good on regular days - 14 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registrar's office for property registration and other related work, pretty old premises recently renovated. Located next to Chembur Monorail station. Not too crowded early morning hours. Parking space available within premises. Have all legal work agents shops right outside the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is repaired and painted, so the compound is nice now. However, the inner offices are randomly laid out with no attention to flow of people...hence, one is constantly bumping into other persons. I wish the inner spaces could be reworked!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to Registrar's office to register some documents to be submitted to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. It would be very difficult to get a document registered unless one takes help of an agent. There are many agents nearby providing their services. The process goes through smoothly through agent.
