Tipical government office atmosphere. Slow work, computer server down. Time is money but they don't have value. They have to update themselves with high digital technology

No support for senior citizens. No parking available. Senior citizens too have to climb stairs in an uncomfortable manner. Staff was helpful, no doubt. But, Senior citizens support should be available.

The registered office was air conditined, but no place to sit. Plus no checking on temperature, etc. So anyone can enter without a COVID precautionary check.

Compared to other registration offices which I have visited this appeared to be well maintained. Even the stair case was maintained, though not recently renovated. There was a wheelchair available but I couldn't locate any lift to take you to first floor (maybe hidden in some corner and I missed)

If we can book date and slot from online portal as per feature given while updating online form then it will be easy to complete the process. As all are coming to office early morning so no one knows the exact status and number of his/her application. All the official are completing their task promptly so it's getting complete but can be managed better with assigning proper time.

The registration process in documentation of written agreements is the way in which things are legitimized in India. Mostly, any contract, Last Wills and Testamentary are codified and solidified in the interests of the parties. They can then be accessed by various means easily for free. They are the most legally binding processes permissible in court. Blatant violations of a registered agreement are enforceable through police action without due process in courts. So people signing terms of the agreement feel they must get everything registered to facilitate contracts. Especially if your contract is a high value. Agreements between parties follow a hierarchy 1. Registration trumps all 2. Notarized agreements 3. Hand written agreements with 2 witnesses 4. Agreements written between two parties have almost zero value in enforcement of the contract. In order for police to take actionable steps in enforcing actions of a party, the documents must be registered. Given the enormous complexity of the process, many avoid this step, and then find themselves in the mercy of the civil court, waiting years for an outcome, while it works itself through the historical archaic and time burdensome process. The office is buzzing with tremendous activity, with very efficient people who record the parties, thumb prints and pic on the documents. The registered docs then get a computer time stamp which facilitates the numbering and archive of the documents. Excellent system. Does require time, because of the inordinate number of people who show up for the service
