★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have a great experience when we signed up two years ago. The cheapest plan was what we chose and the customer rep conveniently forgot to mention the fact that we would limited number of days of access at each center within a given month. Had we known we would have to switch our office location every 10 days or so, we would not have signed up for the program. Unfortunately even though we terminated our contract without using a single day, we were charged for the first month. Thank fully the rest of the amount was returned after repeated tweets and emails to one of their offices in Hong Kong (if my memory serves me right).
