★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Reliable at all. I got a custom pc built from here at that time they told that the warranty of motherboard is 3 years but when i faced issues with the same they denied and said that it comes with 1 year warranty only.
Moreover it happened 2 times that they said that there is problem with motherboard and it needs to be replaced once for PC and once for laptop but when I took them across the street to Shiva tower both the system worked fine without and change just by cleaning.
Not recommend to anyone

The Owners of this shop who are fat Baniyas are the actual preparators of this scam shop, they have two shops at sher singh palace one is of mobile where two rude fat owners sit and the other is of computers where they have employed several robbers and thieves disguised as computer repair technicians. They will sweet talk in front but behind the wooden section they'll robb the innocent customers and charge them 10 times the normal charges without doing anything at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT !! These guys are absolute frauds and complete thieves. I gave my laptop to them for routine service and they lost all the screws and refused to put new ones and they also stole half of my original RAM and wifi/bluetooth card. My RAM was 8GB and now its only 4GB and when I asked them about this they said it was already 4GB and then threatened to beat me and damage my laptop.
They charged me 2700 rupees for just putting thermal paste on my processor and they intentionally left the heat sink and everything dirty to make me keep going back to them.
Don't even think of going to them as they will take your laptop behind a wooden section and steal or replace everything inside it with fake old hardware. Their employees Vikrant and Sonu are two fraud thieves who will not allow you to see anything and steal everything from your precious system and destroy it.
