★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 16 seater traveller for trip to Haridwar on 25th Feb 2021 and paid approx half of total amount in advance.I specifically mentioned that I need ac and music system in working condition and the person who booked traveller said that he will send the vehicle with very good working condition..On 26th Feb . I.e today we started our journey in morning and till now our experience is horrible.I am writing this review during journey.Music system not working, ac not working .Driver taking nap during driving and we narrowly escaped an accident.When we asked driver why he is driving without proper sleep,The response of driver is that he slept for 2hours only in last 24 hours because he made trip to Manali last night.Now I feel cheated so writing this review.

Stinky smell in the bus
No uttrakhand Tax payments done which causes delay of 1 hour
Bus breakdown in between return multiple time and passengers need to push start the bus.
Air ventilation is also stoped working which cause suffocation .
