★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing and awesome experience with Reliable International Courier service. I had to send some original certificates to my son in Hungary and I found out Reliable in the web and talked to Mr. Manoj at 11pm on 2nd May.
On 3rd May, Mr. Manoj managed everything for me in his office and finally the packet was booked in DHL EXPRESS at 0244pm on 3rd May.
It was super urgent and Mr. Manoj just vouched for his service in conjunction with DHL Express service.
I was really impressed and convinced and left Reliable office.
Mr. Manoj personally followed up on my behalf and tracked and finally within 50 hours of my packet submission at Reliable, it was delivered in Hungary ( 5th May).
Reliable international is a trustworthy Courier partner and they value the customer very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had utilized Reliable International Courier services for sending the material from Gurgaon to Sweden. The support in India for packing was good. However once the goods were dispatched, they outsourced it to a third company which booked through UPS and it was the worst experience ever. The package got delayed and then there was absolutely no support later and no tracking of packages. Many items were damaged. I normally dont write reviews even negative, but in this case am forced to do so due to constant issues with the delivery even now where UPS / Reliable international are sending new requests for payments everyday. would recommend to avoid them and look for some better agents.
Update 03.05.22 (reply to Manoj from Reliable): Hello Manoj, so it means that since I have chosen UPS, Reliable Courier is no longer responsible for the shipments and the issues? I was not communicated this else would have decided accordingly. Also I was invoiced by Reliable courier and not UPS. Secondly, I have paid all the customs duty after following up with UPS directly several times for getting the parcels delivered. (I got absolutely no support from Reliable). Anyway, if Reliable Courier really wants to support and change my opinion and experience, please contact UPS and resolve the customs duty claims which I have already paid and goods are delivered. Please don't limit the support to just forwarding mails but actually resolve the issue

The person in Delhi was up so late to make sure our package was picked up that night as we had a flight back to canada the next morning. Even the person that came to pick up the package was so patient. The package arrived on time as promised. Excellent service!

Also shared services including sms alerts… including dimension cost of parcel much cheaper rate quoted than other courier companies..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service and careful handling and packaging of fragile items. I used Reliable International Courier twice during my reallocation to ship personal items and small appliances from India to UK. All fragile items were carefully packed and they labelled all non branded items carefully and shipped the boxes on time. They are truly "reliable".
I would easily recommend their service to anyone who is looking for professional and timely international courrier.
I will keep using their service in future as well.
