★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy daily household things, My Bill was near about 5000, I picked my Trolley and went away as I Kept EEG case in my car it got stinking very badly EEG case was full of bugs and staff said vo nicha tha toh dekha nye hum hri koi glti nye h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is totally fraud, i have purchased one iPhone here and in 3 months i start facing issue with mic of this phone. I have given this into apple service center and they told this phone is having unauthorized modifications hence not considered within warranty.
My phone is not having even a single scratch and dent. Why i will tamper my device when it is only 3 months old and under warranty even after knowing my phone will for replaced by brand if there is any issue
I have taken this with reliance digital Umesh Kashyap store manager, chandra prakash department manager and rakesh sharma team leader. Initially they told that we will help you and sent phone to service center again. Post returning from service center they changed totally and said that we cant do anything speak with service center they will only help you. I m totally disappointed with their behavior and surprised from their changed behavior.
I recommend not to purchase any costly item from Reliance digital and assure you that now i will never prefer it any more. They are totally fraud and scammer and sale internally modified devices. They will loot you. And even no official is there to look into any such serious concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST WORST STORE and Pathetic service at Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida. First time ever puschased from this store, very bad experience, and staff members will feed you all the wrong information, if you are looking for replacement or any kind of service. Product delivered will have a dent most of the time or will not be fresh product. Better to buy from Chroma and Vijay Sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay store, long queues, hard to find what you need, not great customer service. But price, it's really cheap. You can get 50% discount on so many products you won't even expect. Recommended if you have enough time and patience. Have visited multiple times and pricing always amazes me. 5/10 overall.

When i enter into the shop sales person, what do you want, i said i have a complain he just reffer me to the desk. Such type of ignorance whome you have sell something previously. And now you dont even bother about coustomer. Relince ka naam aise he kharab nahi ho rha.
Coustomer care number they just raise the complaine and no follow ups. I have an issue of my new purchased Split Ac in september 2021. Register my first complaine in oct re-register in feb 2022 again and again then i got a call for warranty extention. SERIOUSLY. i souted on them and register my complained again after a lot of struggel and calling i recive my first technisian in April but he just report the issue of leakage and gone. Again i have to follow coustome care digital store and lot of shouting. Finally i recive a technisian for resolving the issue. And he dont even have warranty details. Sir apna bill dikhado. Yaar when u get the job to do, they dint peovide u the info about coustomer and product.
