★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance digital is a mixture of all shopping elements like television, mobile phones, home appliances and other electronic products like speakers, headphones etc. Although it lacks variety only specific models are available. You will find difficult to choose. Just try your luck if you find what are you looking for. Price are affordable and within budget but range of products are not wide enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff Mr. Balachandran very helpful and his knowledge was very good on the choice of LED TV selected. He explained the benefits and required info on the brand selected. He has the ability to convince the customer to buy the product.
Mr. Deepak Malap at billing was very quick and was giving correct information on the cash back offers before billing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can definitely say you can buy LG AC from here.
We purchased Split AC from Reliance Digital, Borivali West.
As we were sure about which brand of AC to purchase, so time wastage was less.
Do your own research on product before buying products from Reliance Digital. They might offer extra- discount or offers on other AC which is currently going on.
But you have to make your mind, Consider Following factors before buying AC:
--> Finding Brand for AC which works in your area, (like humid weather or dry weather)
--> Suitable according to your needs (for commercial use, personal use or living on top floor etc)
--> Competitive prices in local shops
Reliance Digital Staff suggested us for 1.5 ton AC, but we made our research, and we needed only 1.0 ton according to our area.
They suggested us other brands offer, but we were sure about LG AC brand
--> AC delivered next day.
--> Installation done on next to next day.
--> AC Working well,
--> No noise,
--> Great cooling, after using for more than 15 days.
--> Prices are competitive compared to other Local shops, particularly LG AC.
Other problem which buyer may face is what to do about Thermocol packaging used in packaging. It is banned but Manufacturing companies still use it for packaging.
When we spoke to Reliance Digital about this, first lady staff replied to us while laughing, we can't do anything about it. We are not manufacturers. I tried to convince that we can't dispose it, Distributor or Manufacturer should take responsibility of disposing it. Still that lady staff was laughing and saying that's not our responsibility. So, We approached to Store Manager. We first narrated our problem to other staff member as he insisted to narrate our problem. Store Manager agreed to collect Packaging Material of AC and within next day, they did collected as promised.
So, I would say Some Sales staff working in AC section is not trained, Don't know how to behave with Customer. I am again saying "Some" and not "ALL".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. No product availability. I went for buy cooler. I choose one cooler. Then Discussed with executive about feature for more than 15 minutes. At the billing counter they said this model is not available. Again I choose another cooler. Same thing happened again. Then I Go to Vijay sales withing 20 minutes I purchased product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience, less crowded, good service and best prices. Their manager Mr.Deep Chand is very polite, courteous and patient. They explain the product very well. Ordered an AC with them. Awaiting delivery. Will share post delivery experience as well.
