★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude staff. The store employees should be fired with immediate effect. Worst experience. They always have some reason or the other for not giving jio Sim. Don't let anyone enter the store. They need 3 hours for having lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at the store. Don't have knowledge about the product as well as the courtesy of how to talk to the customers. Argued on silly things. Management should take care of this before they start losing their customers. Make them learn the Behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The digital store staff are careless towards customers. The government of India made it mandatory to link AADHAAR with SIM card but when you will visit they will not care at all. I personally visited 5-6 times for same but they were making excuses like it is only done on Tuesday, Biometric is not working etc etc.. So worst customer support service.
Irresponsible Staff behaviour.

Avoid to go there. And there is a SARDARJI here, wo Banda apne aap ko Reliance company ka owner samjhta hai. In jaiso ke attitude ki wajah se Reliance-jio ka bura haal ho rakha hai.

This place is located on road good location easy to find. But the frant of places so much fruits hawkers available all the time so very difficult to find the area for parking big issue store is good not a very huge space but service is good and staff is also cooperative. As concerned about payment you can pay any mode.... ?
