I went for re issue of my sim card....the person in their gave me a token and said after 2 hours then i went after 2 hours he said another 1 hour.
I asked him for any number so that i can ask which token number is on the count he refused.
I will never go there again and i recommend to not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representatives are fraud. Went for a postpaid connection of Jio. Asked me to pay for postpaid monthly charges in advance. However, when next month bill came, there was no sign of my advance payment of monthly bill.
Please note: it is not the security deposit what I am talking about. He took security deposit, prime activation charges and one month advance (because he said number won’t be activated without advance and was unwilling to do so without it)
